TRANSPORTATION At Early Learning Academy safety always comes first. We always want to give the parents a peace of mind knowing that their precious cargo is safe. Our systematic approach to establishing and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality is by simply documenting when a child is on and off the bus and during live time, providing parents with tracking information about their child(ren) whereabouts. Parents will know when the child is in transit to their destination and when they have been dropped off and who has them signed out.  Children can be dropped off at the parent’s place of business or home within 5 miles from the school. All children being dropped off must have someone that the parent approved in writing, and is at least 18 years of age, sign out for the child. 

STAFF 

Each of our drivers is carefully screened. Our pre-employment background process includes criminal record checks, vulnerable sector checks, and psychological testing. Each driver is interviewed by our management team, and the State of Alabama DHR thoroughly vetted, and must supply 3 verifiable references. 

OUR TRAINING 

Our training protocols exceed those of any other childcare transportation company in the sector. All our drivers and staff members receive training in defensive driving, first aid, and conflict resolution. In addition, they receive training in customer service, intercultural competency, and CPR, safety and first aid.
