The Early Learning Academy is the perfect place for children parties. The building is 3900 sq. ft. and you have the choice to book 1 of 2 rooms. Party rental times are 2 hours with 30 minutes to set up and clean up. It would be a pleasure to help make your child’s party unforgettable!! Parties are available every Saturday and Sunday between 10AM-6PM

Party Guidelines

Food: Any foods served must be catered, the kitchen area is closed and will not be used for party rentals. Alcohol beverages are not allowed on the premises.

Security: An on site security guard will be present at all times during party rentals. Weapons are not allowed on the premises of Early Learning Academy, anyone entering the facility with a weapon other than local authorities in uniform will be escorted out. Smoking and drug use are prohibited. Any use of drugs on the premises, the responsible person will be escorted out and ask to leave. Local authorities may also be called in any event that may cause harm to others or damage to property.

Security Deposit: A non refundable $150 security deposit has to be paid before any party is booked. The remaining balance is due 2 days before the scheduled party. In any event a party is not paid in full or rescheduled before the event, the secured date will be cancelled.

Cancellations: Parties cancelled on the scheduled event are not refunded but may be rescheduled one time. If there is another cancellation for the second attempt, you have the option to pay and schedule another booking available.

Pricing

Pricing is based off the capacity of guest.

Any additional guest exceeding from the party package price is $10 per person.

Starter Package holds up to 15 guest $270

Ultimate Package holds up 25 guest $375

Birthday Bash Package holds up to 40 guest $625 complimentary Bounce House.
