Our Mission
Located in beautiful Mobile, Early Learning Academy knows how much trust you put in the school you choose for the early years of your child’s education. You want your child to have the best solid foundation for their future, and that’s where we come in. We distinguish ourselves by creating a safe and nurturing environment where children are happy and continually preparing for a bright tomorrow. Our pedagogical approach is characterized by our ability to balance our curriculum effectively. At Early Learning Academy we strike a delicate balance between allowing our students the freedom to explore their individual interests while simultaneously allowing our teachers to apply their expertise through more structured lesson plans. We also provide school transportation and nanny services.
We believe children learn through repetition, consistency, and play. Our daily schedules include Art, Music, Physical Education, Cooking, Health & Safety, Moral Development as well as the usual subject areas of Reading, Language Arts, Math, and Science & S.T.E.M.
All educational activities will be developmentally age appropriate for all children in our care.
We have high expectations for children performance with our goal providing quality to prepare children for school and independence. Curriculums used are Frogstreet, K-12, ABC Mouse and Conscious Discipline. We are committed to helping your child build a strong foundation to a lifetime of achievements. Your children are discovering who they are and what this world is all about. Their personalities are quickly developing, habits are forming and their little minds are always exploring!

Tuition and Fees
Fees will be collected regardless of the number of days the child is in childcare. Childcare programs are contract based split into weekly payments to hold your child’s spot. We can’t make allowances, refunds or credits for absences, holidays, or bad weather in which we have to close. Tuition is due in advance on Friday no later than Friday at 6pm for the upcoming week. There will be a $25 late fee if payments are not paid on time. All fees are non-refundable. If payments are not made, it will go to a collection agency. ATTENTION: Parents that are on Child Care Subsidy Program must pay their entire monthly co pay in advance, the first of the month before 6 pm.
Annual Registration & Annual Supply Fee $100.00
Fees are not due for the week of summer break 24-31st, but are due in full to cover the following week 8/2-8/6
Outside program fee is $1 per minute if the parent drops off early or is late for pickup.
Example the child’s program is 7am-3pm but the parent drops off the child at 6:55am and picks up the child at 3:03 pm. The parent is responsible for paying $8 because of using childcare outside of the program time. Children cannot exceed 9 hours of childcare per day.

PLEASE READ: Transportation services are available, we offer this service for those that need their child picked up from school and dropped off to either your place of business or home within 5 miles from the school. For the safety of every child and the peace of mind for parents and staff, we use an app that you can track when your child is on and off the vehicle. All children being dropped off must have someone that the parent approved in writing, and is at least 18 years of age, sign out for the child.
We can pick up and drop off your child from the following schools:
Florence Howard- Council Traditional -Holloway-Community Action Headstart-WH Leinkauf and other schools near the Downtown Mobile.
West Mobile- Kate Shepard, John Will, Forest Hill
If you wish to change your child’s program please notify 2 weeks in advance in writing.
